No physical products are shipped.

2. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing any design, the customer agrees that:

All measurements must be verified at the actual site before construction.

A licensed architect or structural engineer must review the design before execution.

All required approvals must be obtained from local authorities.

All construction activities are carried out entirely at the customer’s own risk and responsibility.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Construction permission approvals

Structural/Layout changes made after purchase

Misuse of design files

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, drawings, images, and content remain the exclusive property of crazy3DRender.

You may: ✔ Use purchased designs for personal construction use only.

You may NOT: ❌ Resell

❌ Share publicly

❌ Claim ownership

❌ Modify and sell commercially

5. Digital Products & Refund Policy

All products are digital downloads.

Refunds are not provided once the file has been delivered.

Custom project advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
