All products sold on this website are digital downloadable files (PDF format).
No physical product will be shipped.
2. No Refund Policy
Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
3. Exceptions
Refund may only be considered if:
You were charged twice for the same product
The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed (after verification)
In such case, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Custom Design Orders
For customized 2D / 3D design services:
Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started, cancellation is not eligible for refund
